Pro-Bono Services
The Constitution of India by virtue of its Article 39-A, directs the State to provide free legal aid to the poor and weaker section of the society to promote justice on the basis of equal opportunity. Further, Article 14 and 22 (2) of the Constitution also ensures equality before law.
Here, our firm offers pro-bono programs to the one who cannot afford to bear the legal costs for its procedural remedies. Our professionals entail free legal representation in courts on voluntary basis. Pro-bono services include free legal advice, help in drafting legal document, filing of cases in appropriate courts, defending a case already filed against someone falling within the meaning and definition of “Pro-Bono”.
